- If your facility is already accredited and you need to update your application, please log in to your existing account.
- If your facility is already accredited and you need to add another location, log in and add the new facility from your dashboard.
- If you are a facility employee needing website access, please contact your supervisor for your username and password.

To begin your application, enter your email address below. We will send you a secure link to start the registration process.
After you complete the registration form, you will receive a second email with a secure link to set your password. This ensures your account is protected before you begin your application.
